
Refund and Returns Policy
ESAL will allow a return for store credit, exchange product or refund provided the item in question is
- returned within 7 days of receiving the order
- deposits are non-refundable after 14 days
- new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition, and
- not damaged in any way
- Chargers are exempt from our returns policy
Freight charges on “change of mind” returns will be covered by the buyer.
We cannot accept return items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken
If a pre-order is cancelled prior to fulfilment of the advised pre-order date and or 7 days after order is placed, then this constitutes a change of mind. A full refund cannot be offered, and store credit will instead be offered.
A 10% (of sale price) restocking fee will be applied on change of mind returns
Transactional Costs
Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of Afterpay and Humm, any order cancelled using either payment method will attract a 6% processing fee. Swapping to another product with ESAL will not attract any cancellation fee
